Assisted Living Fees, Services & Amenities

Cedar Hill Assisted Living is licensed by the State of Alabama to provide residence for retired people who do not need nursing care but require some assistance with meals and personal care. Each of the 26 suites is spacious and may be decorated to provide a private living area that is unique to each resident. Three meals per day are served in a large, formal dining room. A variety of recreational and social activities are available. Each resident has 24 hour access to staff and limited assistance with medications is provided.

Entrance Fee Deposit: $500.00 due at time of application (non-refundable)
Single Occupancy: $3000.00
Double Occupancy: $5250.00

The minimum age for admission to Cedar Hill Assisted Living is 65. A recent history and physical exam signed by the resident’s personal physician are required upon admission. Residents are also interviewed by the Administrator or her designee prior to admission to assess any special care needs.
